Delivery Box is an open-type delivery locker that can be used by anyone and provides service to all courier companies. It meets the demands of the diverse modern lifestyle, offering higher convenience and comfort, while also contributing to solving social issues. To receive Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Takkyubin) packages at the Delivery Box, you need to register for Kuroneko Members.
The Delivery Box is managed by Locker System Corporation and has contracts with numerous courier companies. Users can easily receive packages by inputting a password. The lockers are marked with the “Delivery Box” logo for easy recognition.
Using the Delivery Box, you will never have to wonder which locker to receive your package from. All courier company packages can be easily collected from the designated locker.
Delivery Boxes are installed at various locations like stations, supermarkets, drugstores, and parking lots, making it convenient for users to receive packages at their preferred locations and times.
User Guide
The purpose of installing the Delivery Box is for Locker System Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) to facilitate the delivery and pickup of packages.
Users Only those receiving services from service providers approved by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “Service Providers”) are allowed to use it.
Usage Restrictions While the Delivery Box can temporarily store packages, electronic payment is required.
Usage Hours The Delivery Box is available 24/7 throughout the year. However, please note that when the facility is closed or has access restrictions, the Delivery Box may not be available.
Unlocking Method Please check the password notified by the Service Provider and enter it on the control panel (refer to the Delivery Box “Usage Instructions” for details). If you forget the password, please contact the respective Service Provider.
Password Management Users are responsible for strictly managing their passwords. Unless it is the fault of the Company or the Service Provider, the Company and the Service Providers are not responsible for any damage to the packages under any circumstances.
Package Management The Service Providers are responsible for managing the packages in the lockers, and unless it is the fault of the Company, the Company is not responsible for package management.
Compensation Liability In case of any damage caused by delays or issues in handing over the packages, the Service Provider will handle it per their terms. Users shall bear liability for any damages caused to the Company, Service Providers, or third parties regarding the use of the Delivery Box.
Surveillance Cameras For maintenance, security, and user verification purposes, the Company installs surveillance cameras that automatically delete footage after a certain period.
Emergency Response and Maintenance In case of equipment failure or power issues requiring an emergency check, Service Provider employees or related personnel may temporarily unlock or take measures to halt use. The related personnel will handle issues caused by equipment failures or power outages, but recovery may take time depending on the situation. Related personnel may access the facility for maintenance purposes.
